Derek Klopfer started his real estate career January 2011 in one of the toughest real estate markets to date.  Derek’s ability to analyze transactions from all aspects from start to finish has catapulted him to closing over 150 sale or lease transactions in the last 2 years alone, becoming an integral member of the cRc team.  Derek’s strong work ethic, aggressive “go get em” attitude, and insight of current market conditions gives his clients the advantage they need to meet their real estate objectives in the competitive market place.

Kellen Koncar started with cRc in December of 2012.  He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science, while working full time and being a full time single dad. His hard work, creativity and dedication to the company continues to grow while benefiting his clients' and cRc.

Sam has been a commercial real estate consultant since 2003 focused in land development, retail and hospitality properties. Sam has extensive experience operating, selling and leasing restaurants, dealerships, hotels and retail centers. For nearly two decades, Sam was involved as an investor in land development, participating in multiple RDA/SID projects, including the 22 acre Provo East Bay development. Sam is a founding member in various startup businesses from franchised auto dealerships, restaurants, biotech and mining companies. Sam has experience in many fields, earning his BS and MS Degrees in mechanical engineering, serving as corporate Vice President in the mining industry, and a manufacturing manager in the pharmaceutical industry for over a decade. Sam is a creative consultant, who will show you how to get the most out of your real estate project, even when it seems most difficult.

Crystal began her commercial real estate career in 2006 at Coldwell Banker Commercial as an administrative assistant to West Haradin.  In 2011 Crystal moved to Phoenix, Arizona and joined NAI Horizon, a local affiliate of the NAI Global network, as office manager.  In 2019, Crystal returned to Utah, obtained her real estate license and partnered with West Haradin.  Crystal is committed to providing the highest level of service to both landlords and tenants throught the sale and leasing of industrial, office and retail properties throughout the Salt Lake City area.  In her free time Crystal enjoys spending time with her daughter, baking and shopping! 

James Merrill joined cRc in June of 2020. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate in the Salt Lake office of CBRE. James began his career in 1997 and has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, including the development process and the sale and leasing of properties. From 2003 through 2009 James was the Regional Director for First Industrial Realty Trust, leading all aspects of the REIT’s Utah business. He also directed one of Utah’s most successful and largest industrial development companies.  Through his experience with institutional clients such as CalSTRS, First Industrial, UBS, Verde Realty and CBRE Global Investors, among others, James has acquired the ability to efficiently navigate the most complex transaction.

Chris Wilson finds Commercial Real Estate that Fits.  With experience owning small businesses (a Boston sign company for 14 years and a digital advertising sign company for 10 years) and having worked for two Fortune 500 companies (Harris Communications and Stanley Black & Decker), he knows what business owners need for new space.  As a past licensed Construction Supervisor and Real Estate agent in Massachusetts, he works with many out-of-state buyers looking to share in Utah's growth.  Having been on the board of Salt Lake Real Estate Investors and currently a Certified Commercial Advisor of NAREA, he is trained to assess the best location for clients. Currently on the board of SAMPE, which promotes carbon fiber in Salt Lake metro, he serves the real estate needs of advanced materials companies. Chris holds a B.S. from Western New England University in Business Management.

Daneile has been with cRc Nationwide since 2011, she started in marketing, advertising and social media of cRc’s lease, sale and investment projects. Her previous experience in marketing along with her commitment and work ethic make her a versatile consultant. Daneile is committed to real estate and is known for outstanding client service, consistent communication and strong attention to detail. Daneile is a Utah native. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Utah University. In her free time you’ll find her in the mountains, golfing and spending time with family.

Emily joined the cRc team in May of 2012 and is responsible for the administrative management of daily business operations.  In her role she organizes and coordinates office operations and procedures as well as maintaining office services.  Emily currently holds her real estate license in the State of Utah.

 Shauna joined cRc in March 2017. Shauna is our marketing executive handling our advertising, social media and graphic design needs. By communicating with our consultants, she is able to gather data and create useful information to promote our property listings. With effective marketing we are able to generate leads for our sale and lease options in commercial real estate therefore helping to create a successful business.

Kelly Kennedy graduated with honors and received his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University, School of Law, in Spokane Washington in 2005. His current memberships include the following: Utah State Bar Association, Business Law Section, Young Lawyers Section, Wyoming State Bar Association, and the Washington State Bar Association.

Holly Haradin has become a key member of the cRc team over the past three years.  Holly received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah in 2010. Her 10 plus years of experience in accounting and management at Marine Products and Morgan Stanly Smith Barney, have given her the tools to excel at our firm. She has positioned herself as a true team player by handling both accounting and property management with professionalism and ease.
